Service Description
Let go of the weeks stresses and embrace the tranquility and peace. Take time out to step into the stillness where you can release tension, restore balance and reconnect. We will begin our journey with grounding Yin Yoga. A slow meditative practice that targets the deep connective fascia tissue to release physical tension. Postures are held for 3-5 minutes, allowing you to take your awareness inwards, reconnecting with your breath, reconnecting to your inner wisdom, and guiding you to a space of stillness and peace. You'll then be guided into Yoga Nidra, also known as 'yogic sleep'. A deeply relaxing guided meditation that takes you to a place between wakefulness and sleep, conscious relaxation. Surrendering into the healing vibrations of a Gong and Crystal Bowl Sound Bath where resonant tones will 'wash' over you.
