Helping better movement for everyone

Do you feel that you really should get moving a little more? Do you have aches and pains that are creeping up on you that you never had before? 

Are you feeling fat and frumpy?

Are you frustrated at that Mum Tum that just does not seem to budge? 

Do you feel that you are just generally unfit and want to do something about it but just do not know where to start?

Bones....... thats where!

We aim to help you regain your fitness and energy to enable you to spend more time doing the things that you love. Playing football with your children or grandchildren or just generally having the energy which makes you feel great.

We are here to help as many people as possible and there is something for everyone 

We want to help you solve your problems with exercise and help you identify what exercise works for you.


We understand obstacles like time constraints which is why we have put classes on earlier in the evening and for a shorter duration so you feel you can work out and be home for tea.  

We understand that working out and making that initial commitment to yourself to lose those extra pounds and get a fitter mind as well as body, can be daunting. We have experienced instructors who know how to make you feel valued and welcome.

Everyone knows that fitness is good for you. But at Bones Pilates & Movement, we make it fun — and we’ll help you find a routine that works for your lifestyle and personal goals. Whether you’re new or a seasoned veteran, we’ve got what you need to stay healthy and feel great.

Previously Claudine at Greens we have now evolved to represent all of the fitness we can offer you including Reformer Pilates classes. The goal is to be a place where anyone can come and join in on the fitness fun. We want you to leave feeling better than ever. Showing up can be the hardest part. Let us take care of the rest.

There is a huge variety of classes to take part in... Zumba, Pilates, Pilates for Beginners, Yoga and Meditation, Boxercise, Supple Strength, Booty Blast, LBT and Abs. Most classes are 45 minutes in duration and some are a quick 25 minutes to enable you to find the time to get that workout in.

Located in Silks Way in Braintree, we are within the Legends building. There is lots of free parking in the public car park after 6PM and visitor parking spaces in the far corner of the car park are free for two hours. There is also parking directly outside the building.
