Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change.

For all bookings, we require at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your booking.

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your session are eligible for a full refund or can be rescheduled.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your session are non-refundable and cannot be transferred or rescheduled.

• If you do not attend your booked session without cancelling, the booking will also be non-refundable.

This policy applies to all classes, sessions and bookings and allows us to offer spaces to other clients while ensuring our instructors can manage their schedules fairly.
