I'm enjoying this book immensely in between learning new routines and the new CIRCL class is also based around breathing, so I thought this would fit in quite well although I think we did our first class yesterday with so much concentration that we all actually forgot to breathe for 30 minutes!
If you are going to read one thing this summer, then I definitely recommend this
