Supple Strength with Tina

This class is a truly fantastic class and we are thrilled to have it in our timetable with the amazing Tina teaching.


If you have never tried this 45 minute class, you should give it a try.


It has a slow flow to warm up, we then transition into moves that are inspired by Pilates, Yoga and Tai Chi to create a strong and heart pumping workout which is all low impact and works our cardio system as well as calms our minds.


The class has everything.. strength, toning, cardio.. all in 45 mins and Tina creates an incredible play list to motivate and inspire.


We love having this class on our timetable and encourage everyone to give it a try.
